Armoire Linen Guarantee & Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or make a full refund if the goods are unused, in good condition and returned in the original packaging within seven days of receipt. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Credit card security is a high priority to us, online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Your payment details are held in a n encrypted format until we process your order (we do not have access to your credit card number other than the last 4 digits, and do not have access to your security code). If you are still not convinced about the safety of shopping online, but would like to place an order please call our mail order/customer services line – 0870 850 5775 and place your order over the phone, and if required post a cheque. We are open 9am-5pm – Monday to Friday.

Due to limitations in the printing and reprographic processes, colours may vary slightly from the actual product.
